What You Might Be Experiencing
You may know exactly what is bringing you to therapy or you might simply feel that something isn't quite right without being able to name it.
Perhaps you're experiencing persistent feelings of anxiety, sadness or anger that interferes with your daily life. Relationships may feel strained or unfulfilling or you may be working through grief, past trauma or going through a significant life transition.
Whatever path has led you here, I know how overwhelming these experiences can be. I understand the courage it takes to seek therapy, and I’m here to support you in making sense of your life and the challenges you are facing.

"I am passionate about what I do because I have seen firsthand the transformative power of talking therapy."
My approach and how I work
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive experience in supporting people through the challenges that life often brings. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice, as I believe this provides the foundation for meaningful change and personal growth. My approach is warm and empathetic and I am committed to creating a safe and confidential space where you can explore your experiences without fear of criticism or advice-giving. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
What you can gain from therapy
Through therapy, you may develop greater insight into patterns that have shaped your life and relationships. Clients often experience a newfound ability to recognise and manage difficult emotions rather than being overwhelmed by them. Many people find they develop clearer boundaries with others, communicate more honestly in relationships and face life's challenges with greater resilience. You might notice subtle shifts in how you feel day-to-day or profound changes in how you see yourself and the world. Ultimately, therapy can help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and connected.
Areas I Can Support You
There are many reasons you might be seeking therapy. I have a wide range of experience working with issues including:

Emotional Wellbeing
-
Anxiety
-
Depression
-
Stress
-
Low self-confidence
-
Anger issues
-
Loneliness
When emotional wellbeing is affected, every aspect of life can feel more difficult and can impact on how we see ourselves and the world around us, making even simple daily tasks feel overwhelming.

Relationships & Family
-
Relationship issues
-
Family dynamics and conflict
-
Parenting challenges
-
Infidelity
-
Narcissistic abuse
-
Adoption
Our connections with others form the foundation of our support systems, yet they can also be sources of our deepest pain. Relationship difficulties can leave us feeling isolated and misunderstood, affecting our sense of belonging and security.

Life Transitions & Loss
-
Loss and bereavement
-
Health-related issues
-
Separation and divorce
-
Menopause and women’s issues
-
Men’s issues
-
Work-related issues
-
Money issues
Change and loss are inevitable parts of life, yet navigating these transitions can be profoundly challenging. Whether facing bereavement, health challenges or work issues, these experiences can shake our sense of identity and purpose.

Recovery & Healing
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Addiction
Trauma and addiction can profoundly impact our everyday lives. These experiences often leave invisible wounds that influence how we relate to ourselves and others, creating patterns of behaviour that can be difficult to resolve alone.

Neurodiversity and its Impact on Families
-
AHDH/ADD
-
ASD
-
Dyslexia
-
Dyspraxia
Living with neurodivergent traits means navigating a world that often doesn’t accommodate your natural way of thinking, feeling, or processing. What others find easy may be exhausting for you, while your unique strengths and insights often go unrecognised. Understanding these differences isn’t about fixing what isn’t broken, but about honouring your experience and finding ways to thrive.
