My Services
I offer weekly in-person or online sessions and can work with you in the short or longer term, depending on what is most suitable for you.
To help you decide if I'm the right therapist for you, I offer a complimentary initial 20-minute phone or zoom consultation where we can discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and how I might be able to help. It is an opportunity to get to know each other and answer any queries you may have.
You may prefer to book a first 50 minute initial session straight away which also works well and will be a chance to meet and for you to decide if you would like to book further appointments.

£80 for a 50 minute session.
I see clients Monday to Thursday.
Crisis Support
Please note – I do not offer crisis support. Please contact your GP, call 999 or visit your local A&E department for immediate help and support.

I also offer online counselling and psychotherapy, providing a flexible and convenient option for clients who prefer remote sessions, are too far away, or unable to travel.
